- 1500gr lollipop chicken wings
- 15Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 piece ginger 2-3cm finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp hot chilly sauce
- 2 Tbsp soya sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- fresh coriander or parsley finely chopped
Place chicken wings in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, except coriander, mix and let chicken marinate all night in the refridgerator.
Preheat oven to 200C.
Arrange chicken wings in a pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve!
