- 300gr fresh blueberries
- 200gr frozen strawberries
- 200gr greek strained yogurt 2%
- 200gr heavy cream
- 200gr powdered sugar
Put blueberries and strawberries in a food processor and process until smooth.
In a large bowl, add the fruits with the rest of the ingredients and stir well with a whisk.
Place the bowl in the freezer and every hour stir it vigorously with a whisk.
Keep stirring the ice cream mixture for 3-4 times.
Transfer the ice cream to an ice cream container and leave it in the freezer until ready to serve.
