Peach sorbet


ingredients
  • 4 peaches
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 50 ml limoncello
  • juice from 1 lime


instructions

Heat water and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
Remove it from heat and leave it aside to cool.
Cut the peaches in pieces and put them in a blender.
Blend them until smooth.
Add the syrup, the limoncello and the juice.
Blend for a few seconds , pour the mixture in a container and let it freeze for a few hours.

  1. Μου αρέσουν τα sorbet γιατί είναι πιο δροσερά και ελαφριά από τα παγωτά! Πολύ καλοκαιρινό και δροσερό το sorbet σου Πέπη μου! Μπράβο!
